Groupe Medina takes on a property search mission tailored to your investment criteria. The service includes:
Defining your criteria
Together we define your budget, the areas you are looking at, the type of property, the features you want and your rental objectives.
Searching the market
We identify properties that match your brief through estate agencies, developers, our off-market contacts and other available sources.
Analysing the opportunities
We examine the characteristics of the shortlisted properties, their price, their surroundings and their rental potential.
Presenting three proposals
We present three selected property opportunities, with analysis elements so you can compare them.
Support in your decision-making
We give you our insight on the opportunities identified to help you decide which deserve further investigation.
Fees: 1% excl. VAT of the minimum search budget
i.e. 1.2% incl. VAT. Invoiced in full in advance, before the search begins.
The search budget must include a range of at least 20% between the minimum and maximum amounts.
Example: for a budget between 1,000,000 DH and 1,200,000 DH, the fees are 10,000 DH excl. VAT, i.e. 12,000 DH incl. VAT.
The prior consultation (1,800 DH excl. VAT, i.e. 2,160 DH incl. VAT), if it took place, is deducted in full from these fees.
Timeframe: 1 to 3 months
Finding the right opportunity is not a question of speed: we take the time needed to present three truly relevant properties.

No conflict of interest
Groupe Medina receives no commission from sellers, agencies or developers. We are paid only through your fees: our recommendations serve you.
If you also use our rental management service, it is a separate service, invoiced separately, and it has no influence on our analysis or our purchase recommendations.
A clear framework for every mission.
The property search service starts once the search criteria have been validated, the mandate signed and the fees paid in full.
The fees pay for the research, selection and analysis carried out by Groupe Medina. They are not refundable once the mission has started, in accordance with the terms of the signed mandate, whether or not you like the proposals.
The presentation of three proposals is the deliverable of the service. It is not an obligation to achieve a result regarding the purchase of a property.
The three proposals are presented within 1 to 3 months from the start of the mission.
The client remains entirely free to follow up or not on the opportunities presented. No obligation to buy is imposed.
Groupe Medina guarantees neither the continued availability of the properties presented, nor their purchase, nor any level of rental yield or capital gain. Analyses and estimates are based on the information available at the time of the study and are not a guarantee of future performance.
Estate agency fees, notary fees, registration duties, acquisition costs and other expenses related to a possible transaction are not included in the search fees.
