Groupe Medina offers a rental management service in Oued Laou for a deliberately limited number of owners. For the 2027 season, we are opening only 10 places for apartments in a residence with a swimming pool, ideally located right next to the beach.

We take care of managing your short-term rental, from preparing and listing the property to following up bookings, guests and the interventions needed between stays.

 vérifié My family and I really enjoyed staying at Adil’s appartement, it was very easy to locate and close to all amenities.The appartement itself was very spacious, tastefully decorated and squeaky clean from the bathrooms to the bedding, we felt instantly at home 😊Everything you could need and think of was provided by Adil, he also left us complimentary treats that were much appreciated by my family.
